A Christmas Blessing From My Heart to Yours

As this year gently comes to a close, I find myself reflecting on the many beautiful souls I’ve had the honour of walking alongside. To each and every one of you — thank you. Truly. Your shared experiences, your honesty, your rawness, and your courage have been the heartbeat of my work this year.

You have trusted me with your stories… the tender places, the old wounds, the moments of confusion, the tears, the breakthroughs, the laughter, the relearning of how to love yourselves and others. That trust is something I hold with deep gratitude. Working with you is not just a role for me — it is a humble, sacred experience. You teach me just as much as I support you. Your openness, your growth, and your strength continue to shape me in ways I am constantly grateful for.

Healing is never linear — it’s messy, brave, emotional, and beautifully human. And watching you move through your own journeys, whether it be overcoming past pain, releasing anxiety, or reshaping the relationships you have with yourself and those around you, has been nothing short of inspiring.

As Christmas approaches, my wish for you is simple yet powerful:

May your heart be wrapped in warmth. May your home be filled with peace. And may love — gentle, steady, nourishing love — find you and hold you.

May you feel supported by those who are closest to your heart, and may you also remember to offer that same compassion to yourself.

It is now time for rest, reflection, and regeneration. Myself and Dragonfly Blue will be taking a break for the remainder of the year and will return mid-January 2026. I hope you, too, give yourself permission to slow down, breathe, and embrace the stillness this season offers.

As we look toward 2026, may we step forward with hope, faith, and a renewed love — both for ourselves and for the very special people who walk this life beside us. New directions await. Brighter days are coming. And you deserve every bit of the peace and joy they hold.
